NeticTravels is an AI-powered hotel booking platform that helps you discover, compare, and book accommodations. Rates, availability, and hotel details are provided by our partner, Nuitee Connect, and may change without notice.
3. Bookings and payments
When you book a stay through NeticTravels, a contract is formed directly between you and the hotel or supplier. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. NeticTravels is not responsible for the quality of the accommodation or services provided by the hotel.
4. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary by hotel and rate type. The specific policy applicable to your booking is shown at checkout and on your confirmation. NeticTravels facilitates cancellations according to the supplier’s policy but does not guarantee refunds.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including submitting false information, attempting to circumvent pricing, scraping data, or interfering with other users’ bookings.
7. Limitation of liability
NeticTravels is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any booking made through it.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page, and material changes will be highlighted. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
